Services include Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART) for trauma and distressing memories, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for unhelpful thought patterns, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to strengthen emotion regulation, mindfulness, and coping skills.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy® and ART® are registered service marks of the Rosenzweig Center for Rapid Recovery (RCRR), used with permission.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART) is a brief, structured psychotherapy that helps people resolve distressing memories and symptoms by reprocessing how those memories are stored in the brain; often in as little as one session. ART integrates eye-movement techniques with image rescripting to reduce emotional and physiological reactivity while clients stay in control throughout the process. Through ART, clients are able to erase negative images associated with memories, resulting in the elimination of corresponding triggers while preserving the factual memory.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps people identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. By building healthier thinking habits and coping strategies, CBT supports improved mental well-being and everyday functioning.
