Michelle Ksenych is a Registered Social Worker, Certified Canadian Counsellor, and Certified Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Practitioner serving individuals in Medicine Hat, Alberta. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and provides counselling services to individuals seeking support with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

Michelle is passionate about helping clients understand the impact of past experiences, navigate present challenges, and build a more fulfilling future. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Michelle works alongside clients to identify strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and foster lasting emotional growth and resilience.
